Cinnamon Yogurt Smoothie


Ingredients:

1 scoop Vanilla shake mix

125 ml cold milk (skimmed, oat, coconut, almond)

125 g natural or greek yogurt

¼ teaspoon cinnamon powder

Slivered almonds or chocolate shavings to top

Method:

1. Using a blender, combine all ingredients until smooth.

2. Pour into a glass or mason jar.

3. Top with cinnamon, slivered almonds or shavings of chocolate.
